Shipping policy

1. Shipping time
Orders received are normally dispatched within 3 - 5 working days. A tracking number is added to shipments within Switzerland, which is sent to the buyer by e-mail after the order has been dispatched. Delivery within Switzerland usually takes between 2 - 4 working days. Shipments abroad take up to 16 working days or longer.

3. Shipping method
The goods are handed over to Swiss Post for dispatch. The shipping costs are based on the official Swiss Post rates. Tracking is added to shipments within Switzerland. For shipments abroad (shipping type small goods international as a private individual, without tracking), additional customs duties and value-added tax are incurred and must be borne by the recipient.
